How to use this resource hub

The resources presented here are designed to be integrated into and to complement existing shelter and helpline internal resources and procedures. This means these resources are to be tailored and applied as needed and guided by relevant national standard operating procedures, policies and legislation, and organisational priorities and approaches. They are not a one-size-fits all.

Inclusion of these resources is meant to strengthen already existing internal policies and procedures and guide the development of those that are lacking and are to be tailored to each unique organisation’s approach.
